WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
The Proposal and Marketing Specialist will require you to bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity to support Trinity Consultant Canadas growth and outreach.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROPOSAL COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, tenders, and expression of interest documents.
Support internal proposal team communications (schedule/attend meetings, record action items, track milestones).
Support the maintenance of client and opportunity details in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Assist in tracking and supporting business development initiatives.
Conduct scans of specified websites to identify new business opportunities.
MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support conference and event coordination, including logistics, materials, and on-site needs.
Support the development of engaging content for proposals, presentations, social media, marketing materials, and internal/external communications.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to translate complex ideas into compelling graphics, presentations, and messaging.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative and coordination support across departmental functions.
Assist with tracking, reporting, and maintaining documentation for both business development and marketing initiatives.
THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
Direct experience supporting business development (proposals, tenders, CRM management).
Experience in marketing coordination and content development.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A background in biology, chemistry, or environmental science would be considered an asset.
