Project Manager, Transportation Infrastructure at Chandos — NeverHard

Job Description Chandos is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex transportation infrastructure projects throughout Western Canada. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the work and collaborating with field operations, clients, consultants, and preconstruction teams to drive project success from start to finish. While based in Calgary, project-related travel will be required. This is not a purely office-based role. We are looking for a builder who understands project execution, can anticipate and manage risk, and is comfortable spending time in the field supporting construction teams. Lead the planning and execution of transportation infrastructure projects from mobilization through closeout Partner closely with field leadership, preconstruction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration Develop and maintain accurate cost reports, cash flow projections, and project forecasts Monitor project performance and proactively identify cost, schedule, and execution risks Support change management, claims, and client communications Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and in accordance with Chandos quality standards Collaborate with superintendents and project teams to optimize construction sequencing and project execution
