Responsibilities Manage medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from contract handover to final project completion. Plan, coordinate, and control project execution to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. Coordinate activities between engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commissioning, and other internal departments. Act as the main point of contact for customers, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Prepare, review, and coordinate technical documentation, including single-line diagrams (SLDs), technical specifications, secondary schematics, and project documentation. Monitor manufacturing progress, equipment deliveries, and overall project execution. Identify project risks, manage changes, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Prepare project reports and lead regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), supervise installation activities, support commissioning, and coordinate project handover. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 3 years of project management experience in the power industry; experience in the design, installation, or commissioning of medium- and low-voltage electrical equipment will be considered an advantage. Good knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical equipment, including medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchboards, vacuum circuit breakers, transformers, and protection & control systems. Basic knowledge of relay protection and automation (Protection & Control). Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or EPLAN. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an international environment. Professional project management certification (PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA®, or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
