KMS Industries · Quebec, ON, Canada G6V )K4 Employment Type Full-time Location In person Project Manager – Marine Sector Location: Quebec (Contract-Based Assignment) Employment Type: Full-Time (Contractual) Reports To: Operations Manager / Director of Operations Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the marine sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating projects from initiation through completion while ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. This role requires a strong project management professional with experience in marine, naval, shipyard, offshore, vessel maintenance, repair, or related industrial environments. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be required to live in Quebec for the duration of assigned contract(s). Candidates must also be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Security Clearance. Bilingualism (English/French) is strongly preferred. Qualifications & Experience Required Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience within the marine, naval, shipyard, offshore, vessel maintenance and repair, or related industrial sectors. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project planning, contract management, cost control, and risk management. Microsoft Project Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Security Clearance. Must be willing and able to relocate to and reside in Quebec for the duration of assigned contract(s). Preferred Assets Bilingual (English/French). Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Experience supporting Government of Canada, Defence, Naval, Coast Guard, or other federal marine programs. Technical background in marine engineering, mechanical trades, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial operations. Experience managing vessel refits, maintenance programs, shipbuilding, or marine infrastructure projects.
