Description
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager for our Field Services division. You’ll lead projects from initiation to completion in our Fabrication Shop and at various client sites. This service focused role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from initiation through completion. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, monitor expenditures to ensure projects remain within financial targets. Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project timelines and objectives. Resolve operational needs and concerns.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions or delays. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project progress and quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and deliverables. Builds and sustains collaborative relationships with teams and clients to drive success. Resolve operational needs and concerns.

Design Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to approved design specifications and standards.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and quality.
Progress Claims & Invoicing: Generate and submit progress claims and invoices to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects
Proficiency in MS Project and Excel
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
