Project Manager
Location: Burlington, ON
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + Benefits + Mileage Reimbursement
THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team. This position can be tailored to either a junior or more experienced professional depending on experience and capabilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating projects from order preparation through production, scheduling, installation, and closeout. Strong communication skills are essential, as this individual will work closely with internal production teams, site superintendents, installers, clients, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Candidates with experience in commercial construction, architectural wall systems, glazing, millwork, interior construction, furniture, or related industries are encouraged to apply. AutoCAD experience is considered a strong asset but is not required.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of the Burlington office, with occasional site visits as required. Most projects are located throughout the GTA, with site attendance typically required every few weeks.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Coordinate projects from award through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
Work closely with production teams to ensure materials and orders are prepared accurately and on time
Coordinate deliveries, installation schedules, and site activities
Communicate regularly with clients, site superintendents, installers, and internal stakeholders
Track project progress and proactively identify potential issues
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Attend site meetings and perform site visits as required
Assist with project closeout, deficiency resolution, and final documentation
Support production planning and scheduling activities
For more senior candidates, take ownership of production management, project execution, and overall project leadership responsibilities
YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING
Experience coordinating or managing projects within commercial construction, interiors, glazing, architectural wall systems, manufacturing, or a related industry
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with site personnel, trades, and clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience reading drawings and specifications is an asset
AutoCAD experience is considered a strong asset
Previous scheduling, production coordination, or project management experience is preferred
PMP, CAPM, or formal project management training is considered an asset but is not required
