Position Summary The Renovation Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of residential construction and renovation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, client communication, change management, quality control, and risk mitigation. This role is accountable for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to Meraki’s quality standards while maintaining an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage residential renovation, addition, and custom home projects from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Coordinate trades, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants. Lead client communication and provide regular project updates. Manage change orders, approvals, and project documentation. Identify and mitigate schedule, budget, quality, and safety risks. Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews. Ensure projects comply with permits, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Utilize project management software, digital dashboards, and cloud-based systems. Escalate risks proactively and provide recommended solutions. What Success Looks Like Projects delivered with strong schedule and budget performance. Excellent client communication and satisfaction. Consistent adherence to Meraki systems, SOPs, and processes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction, renovations, custom homes, or design-build projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building systems, permits, inspections, and Ontario building practices. Experience managing budgets, job costing, and change orders. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Strong computer proficiency with project management and cloud-based software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
