Responsibilities + Lead projects from initial programming through construction administration. + Serve as a primary point of contact for clients. + Manage project scope, strategy, and delivery expectations. + Oversee design development and construction documentation. + Contribute hands-on to schematic and construction drawings as needed. + Review drawings, provide markups, and maintain quality control. + Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables. + Coordinate internal staff and external consultants. + Track progress to ensure alignment with timelines and project goals. + Prepare and manage municipal submittals and approvals. + Oversee contract administration and construction phase services. + Ensure compliance with building, fire, life safety, and accessibility codes.
