Henkel is looking for a Project Implementation Manager to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Responsibilities: Leads project implementation for all Go2 projects and approved local initiatives; Develops and maintains a Critical Path Schedule (CPS) for assigned projects, aligns stakeholders on project steps and lead times, and drives adherence to timelines; Conducts weekly Project Update Meetings (PUM) with all relevant stakeholders; Assesses each project against PIM KPIs and ensures a smooth launch to the business; Manages master data steering for PIM projects and IDHs; Ensures all PIM-related processes are established, aligned, and fully functional; Controls the phase-in and phase-out of finished goods during product launches; Oversees SMI steering and potential slow-moving inventory management; Identifies, analyzes, and compiles potential slow-moving items, including finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials; Develops and implements action plans with relevant stakeholders to deplete or write off potential slow-moving inventory (PSMI); Conducts monthly PSMI meetings to review and track depletion and write-off actions; Owns, monitors, and tracks the L16 (Additional Operating Costs) budget; Analyzes all costs allocated to L16 and identifies cost drivers and root causes; Establishes spending targets for L16 budget categories and implements control measures with relevant stakeholders to ensure budget compliance; Follows the requirements, procedures, and guidelines of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) related to occupational health and safety, energy management, environmental protection, quality, and other Henkel management systems. Requirements: Higher Education (Bachelor’s degree required); 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Operations; Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills; Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Advanced MS Project and MS Office skills; SAP knowledge required; Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken); Experience in supply chain planning, master data management, inventory control, and process improvement; Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions; Regional expansion project experience is a plus.
