Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :*** Support a major MPLS v3 network automation and observability project;* Lead projects for the evolution of the backbone IP network, including the analysis of alternatives to existing platforms;* Evaluate current processes and tools to provide an iterative roadmap for managing change and achieving short-term gains;* Ensure the planning, organization and coordination of activities associated with projects;* Ensure that project budgets and deadlines are respected;* Coordinate the work of permanent or temporary resources, external consultants and resources from different units in a matrix management context;* Define project mandates, requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, metrics, and limitations;* Follow up on projects with clients based on established commitments;* Communicate project status and mandate tracking;* Advise client units on the evolution of their systems and the use of information technology. **The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related field;* Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant field and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;* Master the architecture, design, management of deployment projects, coordination of works and performance analysis of MPLS or IP telecommunications network systems and infrastructures;* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (an asset);* Demonstrate experience in project management in engineering-related fields;* Experience in developing and implementing implementation roadmaps;* Have experience in process mapping;* Demonstrate experience in network automation;* Have experience in business transformation;* This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
