Project Director - Permanent -19105 About the Opportunity We are working with an employee‑owned, highly respected builder operating across Calgary, known for delivering complex, high‑value ICI projects with a disciplined, collaborative approach. This role is for builders who step in, take ownership, and drive results. You’ll join a business that is selective in what it pursues, focused on profitable, meaningful work, and emphasizes strong leadership, clear decision‑making, and a team‑first environment. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing executive oversight on large‑scale ICI projects from pre‑construction through completion Leading, mentoring, and holding Project Managers and teams accountable across multiple projects Owning operational performance: profitability, schedule, quality, and delivery Acting as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Working closely with senior leadership on strategy, pursuits, and business growth Supporting pre‑construction efforts, including client engagement and project positioning Driving disciplined execution across all phases of construction About You The successful candidate will have the following: 12+ years of experience within a General Contractor environment (ICI focus) Proven experience delivering complex projects in the $50M+ range Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams and projects Deep understanding of construction delivery methods (CM, Design‑Build, IPD experience considered an asset) A leadership style rooted in accountability, ownership, and leading from the front Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships You’re someone who: Thrives where effort and results are directly linked Wants ownership, not just responsibility Leads from the front and earns respect on site and in the boardroom Values grit, entrepreneurship, and straight talk About the Job Competitive compensation package based on experience: $160,000 to $200,000 + bonus Employee ownership, your success compounds with the business Strong secured pipeline of complex, high‑impact ICI work Direct exposure to senior leadership with the ability to influence real decisions A culture built on performance, trust, and follow‑through Opportunity to help shape and grow a key district within the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
