Key Responsibilities Lead and support the development of renewable energy projects, contributing to the achievement of annual team development targets. Coordinate with internal teams and maintain strong working relationships with relevant external stakeholders, including but not limited to the Ministry of Energy, grid companies, and local governments in project locations. Facilitate project progress through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and issue resolution. Support business expansion and project execution in line with company strategy. Qualifications Professional experience in the power or energy industry, with project development and/or project management experience. Experience in renewable energy is highly preferred. Strong capability in external affairs management, government relations, and business issue resolution. Relevant experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or above. Proficiency in Russian and Kazakh as working languages is required. Proficiency in English or Chinese is a strong advantage.
