Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview The Lighting Coordinator will be responsible for managing lighting specifications, vendor coordination, order tracking, and project documentation from design development through installation. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of decorative and architectural lighting, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, solutions-focused, and passionate about design and project execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate lighting packages for commercial projects Review lighting specifications, shop drawings, cutsheets, and technical documentation Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, designers, and project teams regarding product selection, pricing, lead times, and logistics Prepare and maintain lighting schedules, procurement trackers, and project documentation Manage purchase orders, order confirmations, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination Identify and resolve specification conflicts, substitutions, and installation issues Support project managers and designers throughout procurement and installation phases Attend project meetings and assist with site coordination when required Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained Maintain organized digital filing systems and accurate records Qualifications Experience in lighting coordination, interior design, procurement, or construction project coordination Knowledge of decorative and architectural lighting products and specifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management tools Ability to read lighting schedules, plans, and technical drawings Experience with procurement workflows and vendor management is an asset Self-motivated with strong attention to detail What We Offe r Opportunity to work on exciting and high-end design projects Collaborative and creative team environment Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Competitive compensation based on experience RSP Matching Medical and Dental Package Bonus Structure Exposure to leading suppliers and design professionals in the industry On site gym Company DescriptionW3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
