We are seeking an experienced Project Control Officer (PCO) to support multiple high priority enterprise initiatives for a leading organization in the utilities and technology sector.
This role will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to coordinate project activities, maintain reporting processes, support governance, and ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
The ideal candidate has strong project coordination experience, excellent organizational skills, and exposure to enterprise technology initiatives including cyber security and AI enablement programs such as Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Reporting
Support project managers in coordinating day to day project activities
Track project progress, action items, risks, issues, and status updates
Prepare and maintain project status reports and reporting logs
Escalate risks and blockers where required
Assist with budgeting and project tracking activities
Documentation & Governance
Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure documentation is reviewed, updated, and organized
Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and follow up actions
Support project governance and compliance activities
Assist with project deliverables and stakeholder communications
Cyber Security Program Support
Support development and coordination of enterprise cyber security initiatives
Assist with maintaining cyber security policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry standards and best practices
AI Enablement & Change Coordination
Coordinate enterprise AI adoption initiatives including Microsoft Copilot and AI powered productivity solutions
Support implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and change management activities
Track adoption progress and collaborate across business and technology teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting project managers and enterprise projects
Experience coordinating project reporting, risk tracking, budgeting updates, and action logs
Strong experience managing project documentation repositories
Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders in professional environments
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Experience supporting AI enablement or digital transformation initiatives
Nice to Have
Experience with MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tools
Understanding of project management concepts including scope, risk, quality, budgeting, and stakeholder management
Exposure to cyber security programs or governance initiatives
