Position Summary
The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of project logistics and administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Site Project Management team, this position works closely with project personnel to support accurate information flow, workforce coordination, and overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities include coordinating travel, managing camp accommodations, and supporting site logistics to ensure personnel movements and housing arrangements are organized, timely, and aligned with project requirements. The role also provides broad administrative support to the project team, maintaining accurate records, logs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate travel arrangements for project personnel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Manage camp bookings and workforce accommodation requirements
Support site logistics, mobilization, and personnel coordination
Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple project streams
Maintain and update logs, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
Ensure project documentation, records, and filing systems are accurate and current
Support document control processes and internal project communications
Assist the project management team with administrative and operational requirements
Track deadlines, monitor action items, and support scheduling coordination
Maintain strict confidentiality of all project, personnel, and business information
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Project Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, industrial, mining, remediation, or site-based project environments
Experience coordinating travel, accommodations, or workforce logistics is considered an asset
Experience with data entry, reporting, and project tracking systems

Work Environment
This is a full-time, Yellowknife-based position working Monday to Friday in a dynamic construction, industrial, and environmental project environment supporting the Site Project Management team.
