Part time, Remote position. 15-20 hours per week. Mandatory 10 AM to 2 PM coverage for DPH core hours. Administrative Support for day-to-day tasks to keep operations moving. Military Spouses Encouraged to Apply. We are hiring a part-time Administrative Support Specialist to keep our day-to-day operations organized and moving. This is a hands-on support role for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently in a primarily remote environment. This is a 6-month term position with a defined scope. Manage e-mail, calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and send reminders and prep materials Communicate professionally with a variety of audiences including healthcare providers and the general public Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and shared files in Microsoft Offices SharePoint Format documents, presentations, and reports to organizational standards Draft and send routine correspondence and respond to general inbox inquiries Provide general administrative backup to the team as priorities shift Maintain collegial, productive relationships with colleagues and partners. Clearly communicate policies and procedures to non-technical audiences.
