Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives Develop and implement program governance and oversight standards Collaborate with executive leadership to define program scope, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and resolve any issues that arise Establish and maintain PMO structures, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in IT program and project management Deep understanding of project and program management techniques and methods Proven track record of establishing PMO and program governance in complex organizations Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred) PMP certification (required) PgMP certification Other Requirements Ability to effectively navigate organizational change and coordinate multiple stakeholders Willingness to travel if required At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
