We'll be watching for it from day one. This Role Is Physically Demanding Cleaning homes is active, physical work. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to: Stand, walk, and stay on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs) Perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming Climb stairs in residential homes If you enjoy staying active and take pride in hands-on work, you'll feel right at home here. What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistent attendance -- you show up ready every day High attention to detail and genuine pride in thorough work Professionalism and warmth while working inside private family homes A servant's heart -- you care about the people behind the homes you clean Ability to work independently after training A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle Where You'll Work You'll serve homes throughout Allen and surrounding areas. Our office is in Rockwall -- you'll stop in about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
