Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for a Production Worker/Machine Operato r for a client of ours who are located in Delta. Our client provides high-quality mechanical equipment and parts to the industrial and construction industry. This position places a strong significance on effective teamwork, clear communication, sound judgment, safety orientation, achieving and maintaining production efficiency and a dedication to the quality of our product. Job Description: Responsible for production machine setup and operation. Controlling and adjusting the machine as needed. Replenish raw materials to the machine as needed. Assemble parts and kits. Read and follow production work orders. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive environment with accuracy and speed to achieve company expectations which are necessary to meet and exceed customer demands. Associates in this role may have varied job duties based on assigned machine and department requirements. Requirements, Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules and instructional procedures in written, oral, or schedule form. Capable of following instructions. Ability to work repetitive jobs at a fast pace.
