Perks: Shift: M-F 2:00pm - 10 pm Weekly paycheck; $22 dll / hr Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: Perform precision finishing, inspection, and assembly of small parts ensuring compliance with strict quality standards and tolerances Operate production equipment such as ovens, milling machines, and packaging equipment while supporting multiple workflow stages Conduct detailed inspections using microscopes or magnification tools to identify defects and ensure product quality Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety, quality, and process procedures in a fast-paced environment Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in precision manufacturing, micro-mechanics, or fine assembly Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with small parts, tight tolerances, and repetitive tasks Experience using inspection tools such as microscopes and working in high-quality manufacturing environments (medical device, aerospace, etc.) preferred Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with safety equipment This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
