for a well-established automotive manufacturer in Belleville. This is a frontline leadership role, you'll run a team of 15–20 production associates and own safety, quality, and productivity on every shift you lead.
If you've got a few years of leadership under your belt, you like being on the floor with your people, and you want a real step up with room to grow, this one's worth a look.
The Openings & Shifts
We have openings across two departments, and we're upfront about the schedules so you can pick the fit that works for your life:
Moulding | 12-Hour Continental
12-hour continental rotation (days and nights), with a built-in block of days off every cycle.
You're not tied to the

grind.
Continental shift premium applies on top of base rate.
Assembly | Nights (Afternoons Also Available)
Straight nights,
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
. Afternoon openings available as well.
Consistent, predictable schedule, no rotating chaos, plus shift premium.
Straight talk: these are off-day-shift roles. We're telling you that up front because the right leader values the premium, the predictability, and the quieter floor that comes with it, and we'd rather match you to the right shift than surprise you later.
