Job DescriptionJob Description We are hiring for a Production Support Analyst – Akamai . This role focuses on production support, Akamai/CDN operations, web delivery, and application security. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Akamai configurations, Cloudlets, WAF, reverse proxies, and cloud gateways. What you bring Strong experience with Akamai delivery configurations and NetStorage Hands-on knowledge of Akamai Cloudlets, caching, routing, redirects, and performance optimization Experience with WAF, SiteShield, Kona Site Defender, Prolexic, and Bot Manager Strong understanding of SSL certificates and DNS management Experience with NGINX, Apache, AWS, and Azure gateways Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and ITIL incident, change, and problem management Experience troubleshooting network, application, and system issues Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills What you'll do Troubleshoot production issues using system logs and monitoring tools Configure and maintain Akamai web delivery and security solutions Monitor production performance and identify root causes Manage DNS, domains, URL redirects, and security administration Coordinate with DevOps, CloudOps, development, and support teams Manage incidents, service requests, vendor escalations, and SLA commitments Prepare technical documentation and root cause reports Support team knowledge sharing and rotational on-call activities Nice to have Previous experience as a Webmaster or Akamai Support Analyst Experience with Heroku or other web platforms Knowledge of media players and streaming technologies Experience supporting mobile applications across iOS and Android
