Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Production Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will ensure production stability, operational excellence, and service reliability across critical enterprise platforms. Responsibilities Support production reliability across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments. Support modernization initiatives for core banking, payments, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer applications. Monitor production systems and respond to incidents affecting service availability. Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities. Support telecom operations, network services, and customer-facing digital platforms. Implement automation to reduce manual operational effort. Monitor application performance, capacity, and service-level objectives. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience as a Production Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms. Strong production support and incident management experience. Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance management tools. Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. Experience with automation and scripting technologies. Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.
