Supervise production employees to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency. Operate a Motorized Walkie, Electric Pallet Truck, or Powered Walkie to transport raw materials safely throughout the facility. Move products between cooler, freezer, and production areas. Assist with Meat Processing, food preparation, de-boxing, material handling, packaging, and line setup. Operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when required. Monitor product quality to ensure customer specifications are met. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. Train, coach, and support production employees. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
