The Opportunity Working as part of our plasma and laser cutting team, you'll help keep production moving by ensuring materials flow safely and efficiently through the cutting process. This role is responsible for unloading finished parts from our plasma and laser tables, removing scrap skeletons, loading new steel sheets for processing, and staging cut parts for the next step in production. This is a physically active, hands-on position where you'll spend your shift moving materials, working alongside machine operators, and contributing directly to production output. Our Ideal Candidate You enjoy hands-on work and take pride in being reliable, productive, and safety-focused. You're comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and understand the importance of teamwork in achieving production goals. Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, farming, warehousing, or another physically active environment is considered an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.
