Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are recruiting for our client in Cambridge. This company produces spice and baking blends in large batches. Duties include but are not limited to: Pick, Pack and weigh ingredients used in production Follow instructions for the production of dry mises Load dry ingredients into blenders unload blended mixes while following. Quality control procedures Able to sanitize and wash equipment Learn and follow the safe and proper operation of equipment Clean work areas and equipment Perform required pre-use inspections, set-ups, and cleaning procedures for all equipment Labelling, packing, bagging, weighing and boxing and palletizing finish product Monitor ingredients, products and packaging for basic quality defects; report to Production supervisor Perform duties according to applicable quality and food safety systems/initiatives and processes Physical effort: frequent required to stand, walk, stood, bend, reach with hands and arms, ad climb steps; must be able to lift, pull or push up to 70lbs Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
