Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated individual with a safety mindset and commitment to growth to join our Production Team. Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Review production orders and prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment. Assemble window and door components, including frames, glass panels, hardware (hinges, locks, handles), seals, and screens. Perform sealed unit glazing, screen fitting, packaging, and other production-related tasks as required. Safely operate production machinery and equipment, including saws, pneumatic tools, and automated welders. Conduct quality inspections and measurements throughout the production process to ensure product accuracy and workmanship. Identify and report product defects or quality concerns. Prepare finished products for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and loading materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow instructions and direction provided by supervisors and team leaders. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) standards. Support team objectives and assist with other duties as assigned.
