Experience in B2B / B2S product marketing in Industrial field, preferably of Mining & Construction equipment with minimum 3 years is a must! CVs without it will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Market launch and promotion of new types/models of products, as well as support of current models; - Preparation of technical and commercial documentation for the launch of new models on the market; - Selection of the optimal configuration depending on operating conditions and climate - Conducting market research of Komatsu and competitors' equipment (specification, price, customer evaluation); - Informative support for distributors; - Providing regular reports to management on current activities of the company; - Interaction with factories and design departments on product improvements and introduction of new options in accordance with market needs and the company's marketing strategy; - Conducting surveys of equipment efficiency and operation, preparing and presenting reports. Main skills: - Experience in mining / construction equipment Product Marketing (preferred); - Experience in mining / construction equipment Sales; - Experience in mining / construction equipment PSSR; - Experience of working on mining site as Asset Service Engineer; - Understanding of mining site working processes; - Experience in preparing marketing and educational materials; - MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point advanced user; - Communications skills in English, business correspondence, provision of technical translation. Market monitoring and analysis: Tracking industry trends and competitor activities. Analyzing the current market situation in the equipment segment. Maintaining a high level of customer service for equipment clients: Handling and routing incoming calls from external customers. Providing technical consultations on equipment features. Advising customers on order placement procedures. Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the product range, including new equipment types. Document management and reporting. Participation in exhibitions and training sessions: Preparing presentations and product-related materials. Qualifications Educational background: Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Additional training in product marketing is an advantage. Language Skills: English – strong working proficiency (spoken and written) for daily live & online interaction with expats & foreign partners. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B or B2S product marketing in Industrial field, preferably of Mining & Construction equipment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale industrial machinery/equipment manufacturing.
