About the role Join Nakisa as a Product Manager – AI, responsible for driving the growth and reliability of our Nakisa Decision Intelligence (NDI) platform. In this cross-functional position, you will oversee the product lifecycle, collaborating with Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to shape the roadmap, refine requirements, and ensure the platform meets evolving business and customer needs. You will also support onboarding, implementation, and continuous improvement through actionable customer feedback. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and is ideal for a technically adept, passionate product manager seeking to scale impact and advance toward senior leadership. What you'll be doing Own the product lifecycle, ensuring execution and delivery aligned with quantitative OKRs. Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap for AI products, platform components, integrations, and SSO features, proactively addressing challenges and aligning with business objectives. Serve as the internal and external advocate for AI, building strong stakeholder relationships to drive awareness and adoption. Engage directly with customers to translate technical and business needs into actionable product requirements. Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product-market fit and a seamless user experience across the platform and integrations. Support pre-sales activities and address technical queries during RFP/RFI processes. Monitor AI KPIs, leveraging data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Stay current on market trends, competitive analysis, and industry best practices, translating insights into clear differentiation and compelling business value positioning for NDI, both internally and externally. Develop user guides, documentation, and tutorials; create real-world use case templates; lead internal enablement sessions; and support go-to-market efforts with compelling data-to-decision stories. Ensure all customer-facing materials comply with AI governance, compliance, and security standards. Act as the primary contact for NDI, articulating its value and differentiation, defining the value proposition, and supporting persona development for marketing. What you bring Strategic market positioning and storytelling expertise. Experience working in SaaS and B2B markets. Technical understanding of AI, prompt engineering, and product feedback. Conceptual understanding of data flows, structure, and quality in AI products, enabling informed trade-offs, prioritization, and effective collaboration with engineering and data teams. Experience collaborating with technical experts and incorporating their input into product strategy. Go-to-market strategy experience and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required to perform essential product management duties, including collaboration with international engineering teams and the creation of documentation for a global user base. *The product is designed and maintained for users across multiple jurisdictions.
