About your role You'll play a key role in bringing new products to life — from early formulation through to pilot and production. Working across powders, gums, tablets, and chewables, you’ll combine scientific rigour with creativity to deliver products that perform well and delight consumers. What you’ll do: Develop and refine formulations for solid dosage products, from concept through to scale-up Plan and execute NPD projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met Evaluate and improve products using sensory testing and feedback to enhance taste, texture, and overall experience Collaborate with suppliers (flavour houses and ingredient partners) to develop and source the right components Work closely with production teams to support trials, scale-up, and manufacturing readiness Ensure quality documentation — writing clear protocols, reports, batch records, and SOPs Maintain accurate data and records across formulation systems and project workbooks Support packaging and stability testing to ensure product integrity Operate and maintain lab and pilot equipment to support development work Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Procurement, and Operations to deliver projects end-to-end About you You’re a hands-on formulation specialist who enjoys combining science, creativity, and problem-solving. You’re comfortable working across the full development lifecycle and collaborating closely with different teams to bring products to market. What you bring: Experience in formulation development, ideally across solid dosage formats (e.g. powders, tablets, gums, chewables) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and scale-up considerations Ability to design and execute experiments and interpret development data Experience writing clear technical documentation (protocols, reports, SOPs) Comfortable using ERP or formulation systems to manage data Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across R&D, Operations, and suppliers Detail-oriented with a structured, organised approach Practical and hands-on in the lab and pilot environment Clear communicator who can work effectively across teams Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Join us and bring new ideas to life — developing products that deliver real impact for consumers and the business.
