Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Process Technologist Job Description As a Process Technologist, you will support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by setting up and operating equipment, mixing and dispensing powders, recording process data, and cleaning machinery in a highly regulated Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment. This role involves working across multiple processing areas, consistently lifting up to 40 lbs, and strictly following safety and quality standards to ensure products meet regulatory and client requirements. Responsibilities Process and manufacture pharmaceutical products in accordance with written processing orders and established procedures. Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for the production of pharmaceutical products, including setup and verification of equipment readiness. Clean processing equipment and production rooms in accordance with written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ensure product quality meets internal standards as well as those of clients and applicable regulatory agencies, including HPFBI, FDA, and EMEA. Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times. Operate a centralized control panel with electronic or computerized systems to monitor, control, and optimize physical and chemical processes across multiple processing units. Manage the initiation, shutdown, and troubleshooting of processes to maintain safe and efficient operations. Essential Skills Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Proven experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing processes, including solid dose manufacturing. Ability to read and write in English to follow written processing orders, SOPs, and complete documentation accurately. High school diploma or equivalent education. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a consistent basis and perform physically demanding tasks safely. Experience with mixing, dispensing, and batch processing in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with documentation practices, batch records, and quality assurance requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adherence to strict quality and safety standards. Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, on a continental schedule.
