Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Plastic Injection Processor Location: Windsor, ON Shift: Days, 6:45am to 3:00pm Overtime available Wage: $30 to $34 per hour, based on experience Job Type : Direct Placement About the Opportunity Elevate Recruitment and Staffing is partnering with a well-established plastics manufacturer in the Windsor area. Responsibilities Setting up, operating, and optimizing plastic injection molding machines to meet production specifications Performing mold changes, machine adjustments, and process optimizations to maintain efficiency and quality Troubleshooting molding process, equipment, and material issues to keep production running Monitoring production runs, identifying defects, and making the adjustments needed to maintain part quality Collaborating with the quality team to ensure parts meet customer specifications Performing routine maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment Maintaining accurate production records, process logs, and troubleshooting reports Following all safety protocols and company procedures Training and supporting machine operators on proper molding techniques and troubleshooting methods Must Haves Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding processing Strong working knowledge of injection molding machines, resins, and process optimization Comfortable performing full mold setups, tooling work, and troubleshooting independently Able to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications Familiarity with robotic automation and auxiliary equipment is an asset High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in plastics technology is a plus Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality How to Apply Submit your resume to Elevate Recruitment and Staffing and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
