About the Role
Infracon Construction is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Process & Procedure Writer / Document Control Lead to help build the documentation systems that support how our company operates, communicates, and executes work.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You will work across the business to turn operational knowledge, informal processes, existing templates, and subject matter expertise into clear, practical, and professional documentation that can be used by both field and office teams.
As Infracon continues to grow, strong documentation is becoming increasingly important to support consistency, efficiency, training, compliance, project execution, and commercial accountability. This role will help establish a more organized and reliable framework for how documents are created, reviewed, approved, stored, updated, and controlled across the company.
You will play a key role in reducing rework, improving consistency, and making it easier for teams to access the right information at the right time. By creating practical procedures, templates, forms, reports, and controlled documents, you will help support better communication, stronger execution, and more efficient workflows across operations, estimating, HSE, HR, corporate services, and project teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, systems thinker, and practical problem-solver who can work confidently with senior leaders and subject matter experts. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a company-wide function, build something meaningful, and have a direct impact on how a growing construction organization operates.
