Required Qualifications Resident of Mississauga, Canada, or willing to relocate. Travel within Canada may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or an equivalent of three years of progressive experience for each year of education. Required Skills Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and draft detailed requirement specifications. Define and develop solution architecture and lead customization and integration efforts based on comprehensive business analysis. Design and implement advanced customizations within the ERP platform’s capabilities and develop critical software applications with the development team. Develop and implement complex integration workflows linking the ERP system to external applications, and lead large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity. Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, and lead compliance initiatives through audits. Develop detailed documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops for various user groups. Core Responsibilities Contribute through all phases of the consulting lifecycle. Define business problems, propose and create solutions, and develop application configurations and deployments. Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. Partner with client business teams, provide business- requirements analysis, functional specifications, solution designs, and project estimations. Lead end-to-end implementation projects and serve as Lead Solution Consultant on at least one project; experience in SAP TM with TM-EWM integration preferred. Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements. Maintain regular tracking and review of team deliverables, report to clients, and secure customer confidence. Understand GXP and SOX requirements, work in a highly regulated environment, and manage release governance and incident management tools. Contribution to the Team Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques. Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations. Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. Strategic mindset aligning technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies. Sector-specific expertise for high-quality project delivery. Preferred Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills, proactive approach to problem solving, and team management experience. Experience in a global delivery model (GDM) is advantageous. Familiarity with presenting solutions in architect/design meetings and obtaining deployment approvals. Experience preparing proposals and effort estimates for upcoming projects. Compensation Ontario: $102,474 to $147,835 per annum.
