Principal Department Manager, Civil and Structural Engineering – Mont-Saint-Hilaire office Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC, Canada | req3090 Back to Search Type of position: Regular Your future role on our team You’ll lead and support the strategic operational needs of the Civil and Structural Engineering department at the Mont-Saint-Hilaire office. You’ll be responsible for talent development, performance, technical excellence and the sustainable growth of this department's activities. You are also responsible for a project management team that supports all disciplines across the office. You’ll work closely with project teams, various departments and corporate leaders to ensure resources are used optimally and the office’s objectives are achieved. In this role, you foster the integration of technical expertise and project management practices to maximize the value delivered to our clients and teams. Located in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, BBA’s head office is the heart of our operations and the hub for many shared services. It’s also home to the “Big-E,” the centre of excellence in energy.
