🌍 We’re Hiring: Pricing Manager 📍 Location: Remote 💡 About Us Yesim is an international eSIM provider with 7+ years of experience in delivering secure, seamless connectivity anywhere in 200 countries around the world. We specialize in fast, secure, and global connectivity through advanced eSIM mobile solutions for 3+ million active users. Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity. ✨ About the Role As Pricing Manager, you will own the company’s pricing across tariffs, markets, and user segments – the price itself, the logic behind it, and the experiments that move it. You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer and partner with Product and the Analytics team, turning demand, elasticity, and competitor data into a system of pricing decisions: which tariff to move, in which market, by how much, and what it does to demand, margin, and LTV. The role sits in the Analytics department and reports to the Head of Business Analytics. This is a hands-on role: you recommend the prices, run the experiments, and own the margin outcome. 📝 Responsibilities Pricing Strategy & Plans Management Own and evolve the pricing strategy and tariff grid across markets, user segments, and travel patterns Build the system of pricing management, where most decisions are automatized Reprice each market to its own elasticity and margin – no blanket cross-market moves Keep the price and carrier-cost (COGS) database current and govern margin dynamics Design and launch new tariffs and bundles – regional packs, annual plans, multiproducts Elasticity & Experimentation Build and use price-elasticity models to quantify how a price move affects demand, margin, and LTV Design, run, and read pricing, paywall, and monetization experiments (A/B) – on conversion, revenue-per-session, ARPPU, and profit, not just top-line Separate price effects from seasonality and mix before calling a result Flag pricing and margin risks before they hit revenue, with clear assumptions Business Partnership (CGO, Product, Marketing) Act as the go-to person on pricing for the Chief Growth Officer, Product, and Growth Evaluate ROI / LTV / CAC under different pricing and paywall scenarios, together with Marketing and Analytics Segment users and markets by profitability and identify pricing-led growth drivers Present findings with clear recommendations and forecasts – not just numbers – and defend them Data Work Use SQL to extract, validate, and reconcile the demand, price, and cost data behind your analyses Automate competitor price monitoring and build benchmark reports across the eSIM market Ensure the accuracy of every price, tariff, and discount across interfaces – product page, checkout, and app Document pricing logic so decisions are reproducible and auditable; align with the BI / Data team on definitions Technical Skills SQL: comfortable writing queries with joins, aggregations, and window functions to pull and validate the data behind your pricing. Python for data analysis: pandas and NumPy plus a charting library (matplotlib or plotly); statsmodels for regression and elasticity is a plus, not a must – we care that you can turn a raw export into a clean, defensible pricing analysis. Applied math and statistics: solid grasp of price elasticity, regression, A/B test design and readout, and sensitivity / scenario analysis – enough to know when a number looks wrong. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI or similar) for monitoring and reporting. Separate price effects from seasonality and mix before calling a result Flag pricing and margin risks before they hit revenue, with clear assumptions 🎁 What We Offer Full ownership of a product stack from day one Direct collaboration with CDO Participation in AI engineering culture (Hermes, Argos, Iris) Structured delivery process with clear metrics Opportunity to define engineering standards in a growing company
