About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager will have a thorough understanding of all variable operations and will help provide leadership and direction to the Sales Department. This is a demanding, hands-on position requiring direct involvement in all aspects of the department. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and results-driven leader with the ability to train, coach, and support a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating.
Assist with vehicle inventory management and merchandising.
Demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive, and motivated attitude.
Develop, manage, inspire, and lead a strong sales team.
Create and implement marketing strategies to drive continued growth.
Utilize CRM tools effectively and maintain accurate sales processes.
Be proficient in PBS Systems and maintain a valid AMVIC license.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of automotive sales management experience in a dealership environment.
Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
Experience with domestic automotive brands is considered a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, PBS Systems, and dealership sales operations.
Valid AMVIC license (or ability to obtain one).
Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and customer service skills.
Requirements:
A valid AB driver’s license and a current clean driver’s abstract
AMVIC Licensed
