Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $50,000 - $55,000 Position Overview We are seeking a relationship-focused and strategically minded Practitioner Onboarding & Growth Strategist to create a seamless, engaging experience for new and prospective practitioners. This role combines education, relationship development, and strategic communication to help practitioners feel confident, supported, and equipped to integrate Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and Vykon products into their practices. As an important first point of contact, the Practitioner Onboarding & Growth Strategist will guide practitioners from initial introduction through successful activation. This includes assessing their goals and support needs, developing appropriate educational pathways, and facilitating a smooth transition into our broader practitioner network. The Strategist will also support outreach and engagement initiativesincluding webinars, events, and community programsthat expand practitioner awareness, strengthen connections, help the practitioiner grow their business and grow the Vykon brand. Working closely with the Practitioner Success team and Account Specialists, this position connects early relationship development with long-term practitioner success. The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator who understands how thoughtful education and personalized support can drive activation, retention, sales, and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Lead the complete practitioner onboarding journey, providing a clear, engaging, and education-driven experience from initial contact through successful activation. Assess practitioner readiness, goals, and growth opportunities to determine the most appropriate educational and support pathways. Identify practitioners who may benefit from specialized services, strategic programs, or additional organizational support. Establish strong initial relationships with practitioners, fostering confidence, clarity, and engagement throughout the onboarding process. Coordinate a seamless transition to the appropriate Account Specialist or Practitioner Success team member for ongoing relationship management. Design and guide personalized educational pathways based on each practitioners goals, experience, clinical focus, and business model. Develop and continually improve onboarding materials, communications, learning tools, and growth resources. Ensure practitioner-facing materials remain accurate, accessible, current, and consistent with organizational and brand standards. Identify inactive or low-engagement practitioners and develop targeted reactivation strategies that encourage renewed participation and long-term retention. Review new practitioner applications, pitch & close new clients to meet monthly revenue targets. Monitor and analyze onboarding and engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate data and practitioner feedback into actionable recommendations that strengthen onboarding, activation, and engagement strategies. Represent the voice of new practitioners by sharing insights with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve educational resources, communications, and the overall practitioner experience. Qualifications and Experience Experience in practitioner onboarding, customer success, account management, education, training, business development, or a related role. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with practitioners from diverse professional backgrounds. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to explain complex information clearly and guide individuals through structured learning or onboarding programs. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple practitioner journeys and initiatives simultaneously. Experience developing educational materials, onboarding resources, presentations, webinars, or engagement programs. Comfort using engagement data, practitioner feedback, and performance indicators to improve programs and experiences. A proactive, resourceful approach with strong judgment and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with account management, practitioner success, marketing, education, and leadership teams. Experience in healthcare, wellness, functional medicine, nutritional supplementation, or practitioner-based services is considered an asset. Familiarity with HTMA or a willingness to develop a strong understanding of HTMA and Vykon products is preferred.
