We are empowering traditional financial institutions to rapidly transform into AI-driven WealthTech players, enabling them to effectively capitalize on the growing wealth transfer to affluent millennials and other digital natives across emerging Asia and MENA. We are scaling quickly across Asia and MENA and are assembling a high‑calibre engineering team to power our next phase of growth. Role overview In this role, you will be the voice and face of Investbanq, responsible for building our reputation, growing our community from scratch, organizing impactful events, and guiding our content team to victory. Key responsibilities PR & Media Relations Craft and execute our public relations strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial journalists, tech media, influencers, and bloggers to secure high-quality organic coverage. Event Management Plan, organize, and host both offline and online events (seminars, webinars, networking meetups, and financial workshops) to position Investbanq as a thought leader in the wealthtech space. Community Management Build, nurture, and moderate an active, highly engaged community of investors across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and other local networks. Turn users into brand advocates. Content Team Leadership (SMM Support) Supervise and support our SMM specialists and content creators. Define the brand voice, approve content calendars, and ensure our social media channels deliver top-tier educational and promotional value. Brand Partnerships Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with fintech ecosystems, business hubs, and educational platforms. Requirements 3+ years of experience in PR, Event Management, or Community Marketing—ideally within FinTech, Banking, Crypto, or tech startups. Proven experience managing or guiding creative teams (SMM specialists, copywriters, or designers). An existing network of contacts in local/regional media and the tech/finance influencer community is a major plus. Exceptional copywriting and public speaking skills. You must be able to translate complex financial products into engaging, accessible narratives. Professional fluency in English and Kazakh/ Russian. Nice to Have Background in financial journalism or investment education. Experience running targeted PR campaigns for a product launch or funding round.
