Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields. · 2–3 years of experience in PR or Consumer Activation Marketing. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong project management and multitasking abilities. · Knowledge of beauty industry trends, brands, and influencers. · Ability to adapt to rapidly changing external factors. · Proficiency in MS Office; strong presentation skills. · English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; Kazakh: Ортадан жоғары деңгей (B1) Personal Qualities · Responsibility and ownership of results. · Initiative and creativity. · High level of self-organization and stress tolerance. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute PR strategies, including brand promotion, quarterly product launches, and customer engagement (activation and gifting). · Create and adapt PR content: press releases, articles, social media posts, landing pages. · Integrate sustainability and CSR messaging into communications. · Manage multiple projects at different stages and ensure timely delivery. · Coordinate work with contractors, agencies, and suppliers.
