We're looking for a Pool Installation Crew Lead to join our growing team. You'll work alongside a skilled team to build beautiful backyard pools and outdoor spaces that homeowners will enjoy for years to come. You'll be hands-on, active, and involved in the work from start to finish, while helping guide a small crew and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do As a Crew Lead, you'll support the Foreman and help guide a crew of 1?2 team members through the pool installation process. Your days may include: Helping lead the crew through excavation prep, base installation, pool assembly, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment setup Assigning daily tasks and helping new team members learn the job Performing hands-on installation work and ensuring components are properly leveled, aligned, and set to the correct elevations Using hand tools, power tools, and small equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and laser levels Keeping the crew organized, productive, and working safely Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized job site Communicating progress, material requirements, and site issues to the Foreman Working professionally around homeowners and coordinating with drivers and subcontractors Helping identify potential issues early and finding practical solutions to keep projects on track What Success Looks Like You'll know you're doing a great job when: Projects stay organized and move forward efficiently The work is completed safely and to a high standard Your crew knows what needs to be done and works well together Problems are identified and communicated before they become bigger issues Homeowners have a positive experience with our team You take pride in looking back at a finished installation and knowing you helped build it What We're Looking For Ideally, you bring: 1-2 years of experience in pool installation, construction, landscaping, excavation, or a related hands‑on trade Experience leading a small crew or acting as a senior or lead team member Comfort working with measurements, elevations, and levels Experience with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery Strong communication and practical problem‑solving skills A valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's license Towing experience is an asset Pool installation experience is an asset, but we're also open to candidates with strong construction, landscaping, excavation, or related experience who are eager to learn.
