Pool Attendant - Seasonal June to September at The Cove Lakeside Resort — NeverHard

Come and join The Cove Lakeside Resort Team located in West Kelowna, British Columbia's beautiful Okanagan Valley. The Pool Attendant is responsible for overseeing the outdoor pool area to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests and owners. Responsibilities: Greet and serve guests in a timely and courteous manner. Take orders, serve drinks and confectionary items. Process payment in line with Resort policy. Complete set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion. Maintain a clean and safe environment by returning furniture to its correct location, picking up used towels and garbage. Monitor pool restrooms to ensure they remain neat, clean and stocked. Manages pool towel stocking. Maintain inventory levels, communicating ordering requirements to Manager. Complete cleaning of the pool area as required. Maintains order in the pool and adjoining areas. Provides guest with general information on the pool, resort and local area. Record and report all accidents and injuries. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to evaluate and solve problems accurately and efficiently. Able to multi-task Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Ability to work flexible schedule Strong organizational skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Wage: $21.85 per hour plus summer incentive bonus. Job Type: Seasonal - Starting June 17, 2026 and ending September 7, 2026.
