Job Description Position Summary: Bishop’s Lodge is seeking a seasonal Pool Butler to support and elevate the poolside guest experience. This outdoor role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. The Pool Butler plays a key role in creating a welcoming arrival experience and ensuring guests are comfortable, attended to, and cared for throughout their time at the pool. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and provide a warm, welcoming experience Set up and maintain pool seating, including towels, umbrellas, and lounge areas Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service Assist with distributing towels and maintaining cleanliness and organization of pool amenities Monitor poolside conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment Support food and beverage service teams as needed Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, cabanas, and surrounding areas Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries Uphold the standards and service culture of Bishop’s Lodge
