Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Platform Operations Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support platform operations, production stability, incident management, and enterprise service delivery. Responsibilities Support platform operations across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments. Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom services. Monitor platform health, availability, and operational performance. Manage incidents, problem resolution, and change management activities. Support telecom network operations, customer platforms, and 5G environments. Implement monitoring, observability, and operational automation solutions. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams. Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Support platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience as a Platform Operations Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom customer platforms. Strong experience in platform operations, production support, and incident management. Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational tooling. Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements. Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Experience with cloud platforms and platform technologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Platform, Cloud, or IT Operations certifications preferred.
