Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will design, build, and support scalable platform solutions while contributing to enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Design, build, and support platform engineering solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments. Support modernization initiatives for core banking platforms, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and enterprise digital services. Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available platform services. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams. Support customer, citizen, and telecom-facing applications and services. Implement automation, monitoring, observability, and self-service platform capabilities. Support cloud transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives. Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Drive platform reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence. Support telecom network operations, 5G platforms, and edge computing environments. Required Qualifications Experience as a Platform Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom customer platforms. Experience supporting enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code, and platform engineering practices. Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements. Experience supporting enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containers, or Kubernetes technologies.
