Job Title: Platform Engineer Location: Mississauga, ON : Hybrid (3 days/week in office - Mandatory) Years of Experience: 5+ Detailed Job Description: Senior Platform Engineer with expertise in enterprise platform engineering, automation, middleware, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, WSO2 identity management, Informatica platforms, and large-scale production support within highly regulated environments. The Senior Platform Engineer will support, maintain, and enhance core platform frameworks. The role is responsible for designing, building, deploying, automating, securing, and supporting highly available enterprise platforms while collaborating with architecture, infrastructure, development, and business teams. The engineer will also provide platform governance, roadmap management, automation, mentoring, and Tier-3 production support. Required Skills: WSO2 Gitlab Kubernetes, OpenShift Automation Platforms (Gitlab, Ansible Tower, UiPath, Artifactory) Identity management solutions (WSO2, ADFS) CI/CD Pipelines Information security standards – PCI, SOC1/2 SIEM tools (Splunk) Windows and Linux Operating System bash, powershell, python, perl, ansible, git Private/Public Cloud Top 3 Required Skills Platform Engineering & Infrastructure Management – designing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing highly available enterprise platforms with disaster recovery considerations. Automation & DevOps Technologies – strong experience with GitLab, Ansible Tower, UiPath, Artifactory, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and scripting. Middleware, Identity Management & Enterprise Platforms – experience supporting middleware technologies, WSO2, ADFS, cloud platforms, and enterprise application environments. Top 3 Preferred Skills Informatica Platform Expertise – BDM, Axon, PowerCenter, and MDM administration/support. Cloud & Big Data Technologies – Hadoop, Public/Private Cloud, Linux/Windows administration, and platform modernization initiatives. Information Security & Monitoring – knowledge of PCI, SOC1/SOC2, SIEM solutions (Splunk), platform security, and vulnerability management.
