Expected Salary: $50,000k -55,000k Range

CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again!
Here’s where you come in!
We are looking for a Plant Support Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Operations team. The coordinator would provide administrative support related to KPI tracking, data input, and coordinating communication between the Operation and Trading teams.
Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role…
Process invoices and upload them into the appropriate database, using Docubiz
Collect and input data to track KPIs
Retrieve, review, and update spreadsheets containing purchase and sales data
Coordinate employee clothing and uniform program which includes ordering, modifying, and cancelling uniform services for the Operations team
Maintain stock of plant consumables and order as required
Report and investigate discrepancies with received materials
Communicate with the managers, traders, and receivers regarding discrepancies with the materials including the existence, cause, and possible resolution
Update purchase tickets to include recovery information using RECY software

High School Graduate
Post secondary education in an administration or business program is an asset
Previous experience in customer service or administration
Working knowledge of the Metal Recycling industry is considered an asset
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to clearly communicate and articulate with all business units in a professional manner
Intermediate computer skills with MS Word (Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to respond to tight deadlines during regular and peak periods and to last minute demands and requirements
Organized, detailed oriented, ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service oriented
Ability to multitask
Ability and desire to learn
Possess a high sense of initiative
Strong judgement and decision-making ability
Ability to work with little supervision
