Henkel is looking for a Planning Manager to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Responsibilities: Develops and reviews the long-range Supply plan (24 months to 5 years) Develops and reviews the mid / long-term plans for Master Prod. Schedule (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Deployment Requirements Planning (DRP) for 6-24 months for the region Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes Identifies FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP) Manage Operational Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply Requirements: Higher Education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement) >3 years of relevant work experience Fluent English Self-motivated and results-driven person Highly organized and accountable, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Supply chain management Supply planning S&OP and IBP Material planning Data analytics & BI Process improvement Project management Compensation & benefits: Employment in an international company with well-established corporate values and standards.
