Planning Engineer at MIMAS-Nomad — NeverHard

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent) Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against established baselines Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project forecasts Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts on project delivery Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate planning and reporting Track project milestones, critical paths, and resource utilization Support project controls, cost monitoring, and change management processes Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related recommendations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Strong analytical and reporting skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and project control methodologies Experience in industrial, oil & gas, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Working Conditions Shift rotation schedule: 28 days on / 28 days off Work at an industrial/project site Karabatan Competitive salary package Accommodation, meals, and transportation provided by the company Professional development and career growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment
