The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized Planned Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in London, Ontario . As the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, you will coordinate the Planned Maintenance program for an assigned territory, while ensuring that all Planned Maintenance contracts are up to date and targets are met or exceeded. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Handle maintenance requests from internal and external customers Connect and follow up with customers to book maintenance services Create and distribute maintenance reports and distribute reports as required Provide education on maintenance compliance to external and internal stakeholders Make recommendations to customers on additional levels of service Identify and recommend new opportunities for the Service department and other business units Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Previous work experience in a similar role and strong customer service experience Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations management, or a related field is a strong asset Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superior organization and time management skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Benefits & Perks Leavitt Machinery is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan: Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Life insurance, short term disability, and travel insurance Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs RRSP matching Ongoing professional development opportunities Company phone and laptop The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $50,000 per year depending on experience.
